I prefer payment by Paypal OR Bank Deposit but money order/cheque/Cash on Delivery will be accepted if this is organised before the sale is finalised.
Postage will obviously mean extra on the payment (unless otherwise stated) but pick up can be arranged when payment is processed. :)
